DIVISIONS

EAST: Eastman, Interlake, Kenora, Norman, Winnipeg Thrashers, Winnipeg Wild

WEST: Brandon, Central Plains, Parkland, Pembina Valley, Southwest, Yellowhead

A) PLAY-OFF FORMAT (2005-2006)

1) PRELIMINARY: Teams 3 through 6 within each division will play off in a best of three series. The third place team will play the sixth place team (#3 vs #6) The Fourth place team will play the fifth place team (#4 vs #5)

Preliminary Series Dates - Feb. 22, 24, 26 Norman Series - Feb. 24,25 & 26 That teams play each series with the higher placed team in the standings receive the first, third and if necessary fifth games. The lower place team, the second and fourth game. The exception will be a Norman series.

2) QUARTER FINAL SERIES:The quarter final round will have each division #1 play lowest point team from preliminary round and #2 play team with higher points from two winning teams in preliminary round.

Quarterfinal Series Dates - Starting March 1 - final game March 10

3) SEMI FINAL SERIES: The semi final round will have the top teams in each division playing the second teams in each division in a cross over best of five series.

Semi final Series Dates - Starting March 12 - final game March 21

4) CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES: The championship series features the winners of the semi finals. The team with the most points in league play will get the extra game in the best of five series.

Final Series Dates - Starting March 24 - final game April 1
