The Hockey Canada Skills Camps are a one-day camp that focus primarily on fundamental skill development. The players attending the camp will participate in on-ice sessions with expert instruction and have the opportunity to enhance their hockey skills. As well as on-ice instruction the participants also have instruction on fair play, respect, and teamwork in a classroom setting.
Hosting Community Responsibilities:
Qualified instructors from Hockey Canada and Hockey Manitoba will be present at each camp to assist with the fundamental skill development of each player and to share coaching tips with your Minor Hockey Association coaches.

The Chevrolet Safe and Fun Schools provide an opportunity for players ages 5 – 8 to participate in on-ice lessons and fun off-ice activities. These schools aim to bring the elements of "respect, responsibility and trust" back to the game of hockey. Another large element of the schools is a parent's educational seminar. The Chevrolet Safe and Fun Schools are hosted in communities with the generous support of the Chevrolet dealerships.
