Forty-three Manitobans on WHL Playoff Runs

WINNIPEG – Hockey Manitoba is pleased to recognize the forty-three (43) Manitobans listed on 2019 playoff rosters in the Western Hockey League.  Names include five (5) players from the U-16 Team Manitoba roster that won bronze at the 2017 WHL Cup and five (5) players from the roster that won bronze at the 2016 Western Canada Cup in Calgary, AB.  The Moose Jaw Warriors lead the way with seven (7) Manitobans on their roster followed by the Portland Winterhawks with five (5) and the Red Deer Rebels who have have four (4).
