Homegrown 204: Congratulations to Mike Keane

Hockey Manitoba congratulates Mike Keane who will have his #12 jersey retired by the Manitoba Moose on Saturday, February 12th.

Beginning at 7:30 pm, a special pre-game ceremony will pay tribute to the hockey career of the three-time Stanley Cup champion. Mike’s hockey career has spanned nearly four decades; from the outdoor rinks of Sir John Franklin Community Centre, to the Assiniboine Park Rangers, to a successful junior stint with the Moose Jaw Warriors, a 22-year professional career with six different National Hockey League teams and finally to an illustrious career with the Manitoba Moose.

The first 4,000 fans in attendance on Mike Keane Tribute Night will receive a commemorative Mike Keane #12 replica mini-banner in honor of the former Moose captain.
