We Are Coaches Clinics

Sunday February 17th – MTS Iceplex, Winnipeg

Monday February 18th – Keystone Centre, Brandon

Hockey Canada and Hockey Manitoba support and encourage the development of female hockey players all across the province, and understand that quality development starts with the coaches. The We Are Coaches Clinic initiative began to encourage more females to get involved with the game and help develop minor athletes and is open to all females 16 years of age and up.

Hockey Manitoba is holding two clinics in conjunction with the Scotiabank Girls Hockeyfest on Sunday February 17th, 2013 at the MTS Iceplex in Winnipeg, MB and on Monday February 18th, 2013 (Lious Riel Day) at the Keystone Centre in Brandon, MB. Female participants achieve Hockey Manitoba’s Coach level certification upon completion. In addition, this unique opportunity is provided at no cost and all participants receive an on-ice session, complimentary lunch, gift items courtesy of Scotiabank and the chance to meet and hear from two Female Olympic Champions!
