Hockey Manitoba is pleased to welcome all participants, volunteers and personnel to PROJECT 100 presented by Scotiabank, the largest single female hockey event ever hosted in Manitoba. The event brings together approximately 1000 female players, coaches and officials in a variety of exhibition games, skills camps and development clinics over this weekend, December 12-14, 2014 at the MTS Iceplex in Winnipeg, MB.

Bill Whitehead, President of Hockey Manitoba comments, “we are honoured to host this historic event and on behalf of our branch and our partners, we welcome everyone to this special exhibition. Female hockey is the fastest growing area of the game and we are excited to highlight the wonderful opportunities available for young girls in our sport.”

Beginning with the Female Bantam AAA MTS Showcase Challenge on Friday, the weekend will include an MWJHL All-Star Game, a Female Peewee Challenge and Sport School exhibition series. There are also numerous development programs and camps scheduled such as the Scotiabank Girls HockeyFest, JUST PLAY Discovery Days program, and a Skills & Drills Specialty Clinic for female coaches.
