“When I got to go to the 9 National Pee Wee Festival in Selkirk and skate with Sami Jo Small and Jennifer Botterill on Feb. 10. It was such a thrill to meet them and get some pointers from Sami Jo as it is hard for a goalie to improve without being taught by a goalie. It was so cool to participate in the events and to meet other girls from across Manitoba.

It would be awesome if our team could win tickets and go to see TEAM CANADA play. It was so fabulous to meet and hear Sami Jo and Jennifer speak at Selkirk and I think that it would be cool for our whole team to see Team Canada and see what we can accomplish if we want to continue to play. That is my story.”
