WINNIPEG, MB- Hockey Manitoba is proud to release the 2016 U-16 & U-18 Program of Excellence (POE) Development rosters, both U-16 and U-18 programs will host a prep camp in July followed by a final camp in August for U-16 and the Bison’s Exhibition Series for U-18 in September.

2016 POE Development Camps:

U-16 POE Prep Camp – July 11-13 – Riding Mountain National Park
U-18 POE Prep Camp – July 19-21 – Winnipeg (Seven Oaks Arena)
U-16 POE Final Camp – August 11 -14 – Winnipeg
U-18 POE Bison’s Exhibition Series – September 2016 – Winnipeg

A total of twenty-seven (27) players have been named to the U-16 POE Development roster featuring a breakdown of three (3) goalies, eight (8) defensemen, and sixteen (16) forwards.  The female U-18 POE Development roster features a total of twenty-seven (27) players which includes four (4) goalies, nine(9) defensemen, and fourteen (14) forwards.

U-16 Team Manitoba will compete at the Western Canada U-16 Challenge Cup set for October 18 – 23, 2016 in Calgary, AB.  U-18 Team Manitoba will compete at the National U-18 Women’s Championships held November 9 – 13, 2016 in Regina, SK.
