Don Cherry wants you to be an extra in his film!

The Don Cherry Story: Keep Your Head Up Kid – The Sequel will be shooting in Winnipeg at the MTS Centre on Thursday, June 2 from 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm and in Portage la Prairie at the PCU Centre on Friday, June 10 from 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm.

The film is looking for volunteer movie extras to be a crowd in the seats. It’ll be a fun time to escape back to the 1970’s, witness how movies are made and cheer on the teams.

The first 200 registered volunteers to arrive at the arena will receive an exclusive commemorative Don Cherry t-shirt! Plus every registered volunteer who attends the movie shoot will be entered into an amazing grand prize draw! There will be other prizes and give-aways all evening as a special thank you to all the volunteer extras!

The film wants to fill both these arenas with enthusiastic hockey fans. It’ll be a fun night you won’t want to miss!
