Winnipeg, MB – Female U-16 Team Manitoba will open up the Central Plains Capitals Pre-Season Showcase against the Eastman Selects.  The tournament will run from September 22-24, 2017 in Portage La Prairie with all the action happening at Stride Place.  The U-16 roster includes twenty (20) names with two (2) goaltenders, six (6) defensemen , and twelve (12) forwards. The final roster includes 11 players from the rural AAA programs as well as 9 players from the various Winnipeg AA teams and Sport Schools.
