FIFTY-SIX MANITOBANS ON WHL OPENING WEEK ROSTERS

Hockey Manitoba is pleased to recognize fifty-six (56) Manitobans listed on 2015 opening week rosters in the Western Hockey League. Names include eleven (11) players from the U-16 Team Manitoba roster that won bronze Prince George, BC at the 2015 Canada Winter Games. The Brandon Wheat Kings lead the way with eleven (11) Manitobans on their roster follwed by the Everett Silvertips with seven (7), along with the Calgary Hitmen, Moose Jaw Warriors and Regina Pats each with four (4) players.
