STATUS: Part-time Term Position (approx. 20 hours per week)

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


Under the direction of the Hockey Development Coordinator, the Assistant Clinic Coordinator will:

o Assist Hockey Manitoba staff in the delivery of all coaching and officiating clinics

o Pack clinic manuals, videos, and paperwork and ship packages to clinics throughout Manitoba

o Organize and inventory all clinic materials once they are returned to the Hockey Manitoba office

o Input returned information forms into the Hockey Manitoba database

o Other duties as assigned


ESSENTIAL SKILLS:


o The potential candidate must have strong organizational skills

o Must possess a strong work ethic and show initiative

o Ability to perform and complete multiple tasks at once

o A background in the sport of hockey as either a player, official or coach, as well as knowledge and experience with Hockey Manitoba programs would be considered an asset

o Some heavy lifting is required
