Brandon’s Max Paddock named WHL Goaltender of the Week

Brandon’s Max Paddock of the Prince Albert Raiders has been named the WHL Goaltender of the Week for the week ending February 2, 2020.
The 19-year-old recorded a pair of wins, including a shutout as the Raiders returned to the top spot in the WHL’s East Division, opening up a four-point lead on the Winnipeg ICE.
In early January, the Raiders acquired Paddock from the Regina Pats for Roblin’s Jakob Brook and two draft picks. Since he joined the Raiders, Paddock has compiled a record of 5-0-0-2 with a 1.38 goals against average and a .946 save percentage. Overall this season, Paddock has a 15-13-3-4 record with a 2.92 goals against average, .911 save percentage and three shutouts.
Paddock was also named to the CHL Team of the Week.
