The Regional Development Program (RDP) is Hockey Manitoba’s regional development initiative for U11, U13 and U15 players, running October through March in participating regions across the province. Beginning this season, participation in the RDP is mandatory for any region wishing to host a sanctioned U13 AA team.

This page provides Regions with ready-to-use marketing materials to help recruit coaches and promote registration to families. Each template includes Hockey Manitoba’s core program messaging, with space for your region to add your own registration link, deadline, and contact information.
How to use these templates
- Set up your region’s registration link (using Hockey Manitoba’s HCR platform is encouraged, but not required).
- Download the template you need below.
- Replace the bracketed placeholders, including your registration link, region name and contact details.
- Send the email or post the social copy, adjusting tone or adding local detail as needed.
