Hockey Manitoba in conjunction with Hockey Canada’s National Coach Mentorship Program (NCMP) are proud to offer our coaches the opportunity to add extra-curricular qualifications to their coaching resumes.
The Instructional Stream is a series of clinics that assist coaches and players in developing the skills required to play the game. The focus of these clinics is to assist the coach in developing the knowledge and skills to teach and develop age-appropriate skills (based upon Hockey Canada’s Long-Term Player Development model).
Our Instructional Stream Clinics are attended by coaches from Under-7 all the way to Junior A and beyond. All clinics are free of charge to coaches courtesy of Hockey Manitoba and Hockey Canada’s National Coach Mentorship Program (NCMP).
Please note: Instructional Stream Clinics will be open for registration after December 1st, 2024, the coaching certification deadline for the 2024 – 2025 season.
Helmets are mandatory for all on-ice sessions, and participants are reminded to bring skates, sticks, and gloves.
