PELUK TO OFFICIATE AT WORLD JUNIOR A CHALLENGE
Trevor Peluk of Winnipeg has been selected as a referee to the World Junior A Challenge which will be taking place in Ontario from December 12-20, 2015.
This year marks the 10th edition of the World Junior A Challenge – executed as part of a partnership between Hockey Canada and the CJHL. Two Canadian teams (East & West) and four international squads (Russia, Switzerland, USA & Czech Republic) will form the two groups of three teams that face off at the Cobourg Community Centre in Cobourg, ON and the Iroquois Park Sports Centre in Whitby, ON.
Selected to attend the 2015 World Junior A Challenge:
Trevor Peluk (Referee), Winnipeg – A level VI official, Trevor has experience refereeing in the KJHL, MMJHL, MJHL, CIS, and WHL. Trevor has been an official since 1999 and has accumulated numerous accomplishments, such as, attending the Official Program of Excellence in 2010-2011, officiating the 2013 Keystone Cup championship Game, the World U-17 Challenge in 2013, and officiating at the Western Canada Cup in 2014.
