On Monday, December 1, the Manitoba Sports Hall of Fame opens its new feature exhibit, 100 Manitoba Hockey Moments. As part of Hockey Manitoba’s 100th Anniversary celebrations, the winner of an early bird draw for a trip to the 2015 World Junior Championships in Toronto will be drawn live.

The exhibit opening will start at 11:30 AM in the Manitoba Sports Hall of Fame on the first floor at 145 Pacific Avenue in Winnipeg. The event will feature Susan Nemec, President of the Manitoba Sports Hall of Fame, Bill Whitehead, President of Hockey Manitoba and Ab McDonald, Manitoba Sports Hall of Fame Honoured Member and first captain of the Winnipeg Jets. The seven and eight-year-old Corydon Comets team will also be present at the event as the first kids to share and display their Manitoba Hockey Moments.
