Coordinator, Coach Development appointed
WINNIPEG – Hockey Manitoba is pleased to announce the appointment of Sarah Moir as the Coordinator, Coach Development effective March 16, 2026.
Sarah brings solid experience in sport programming and community engagement. She most recently worked with the Manitoba Aboriginal Sports & Recreation Council (MASRC), delivering sport development programming in communities across the province. She has also previously served as the Girls Baseball Coordinator with Baseball Manitoba, where she planned and delivered camps and clinics across the province.
She recently completed her Master of Management in Sports Management and Marketing from the University of Dubuque and has a real passion for growing sport participation and supporting coaches and athletes. Sarah will be working closely with Hockey Manitoba’s Director of Development, Bernie Reichardt, and the Hockey Development team in supporting the delivery of our coaching programs, clinics, and mentorship initiatives throughout the province.
Sarah looks forward to supporting coaches at all levels of hockey and aims to make a positive impact on the game of hockey. Her initial responsibilities will involve providing administrative leadership and overseeing the coaching program for Hockey Manitoba’s ten (10) regions.
